mach1~crower stage 2 cams...

mach1~crower stage 2 cams...
i have jba headers, a mac catted h, a flow cat back, c&l cai, and diablo sport chip (tuned).. i decided i want to stay n/a for the future, so i ordered a set of the crower stage2 cams for 1200$ (for n/a 4v's) and i am looking forward to getting them...some questions...what is the "spring" that is recommended and should i get it (do i need it?), how many rwhp do you think i will get from the cams?, will my car/idle be significantly different?, and your thoughts about the future mod...?

With stage 2, most likely..depends on the lift though..the more the lift, the lopier of an idle..but yeah you'll have a sweet and intense idle now..you'll grow to love it..I know I did
Edit: Future mods..I think the Mach's gears are 3:55?? Go with 4:10's..you'll feel your power a lot more..
