X pipe and magnaflow question
hey guys, need a quick answer. my car (04 GT) right now has stock H pipe with rear cats removed to a magnaflow catback (the 14" oval mufflers)
it sounds good and no drone on the highway which i really like. im looking into a catless X pipe from UPR and keeping the same magnaflow mufflers.
the one thing i dont like is the poop/raspy of some cars like this one at the 1:05 mark. granted its a Cobra but thats the noise i dont want. i want throaty through all the gears.

so question being, when i go with the X pipe will it pop like that and have any drone? anyone have this setup that can lend some info? or a link to some vids of the xpipe and oval magnaflows?
another question while im here....the UPR comes with extensions...could i just get a nut the size of the o2 sensor and relocate it to where it would sit stock and plug the hole UPR has them in at the back....then sell the extensions and pay for the MIL's? i dont see why they put the holes out back like that.
thanks alot guys!
