Default Ati procharger pulley

How much boot would a 2.8 pulley give me. Also how about a 3.00 pulley. Thanks

Is this with your P1SC or one of the upgrades you were considering? What else are you having done as well? Things like better flowing heads are going to lower the boost.

Because of belt slippage ProCharger doesn't recommend pulleys smaller that 3.0". The ProCharger 8 lb pulley is 3.8". They say you get approximately 1 addition pound of pressure for every 1/10" smaller pulley. Going to a 3.0" pulley will produce somewhere around 16 psi. They make special after market 2.8' pulleys that may give you an additional 2 psi. If you are trying to get that much you should install an overdrive crank pulley. It will spin the suprcharger faster without putting pulleys on that are too small for a 6 rib belt.

Here's one place. I've never bought anything from them so I have no recommendation either yea or nay.

You don't have anything listed in your garage. Are you running forged rods and pistons?

Innovators West crank pulleys are nice, that's what most people running the OD cranks are using I believe. They don't have a 6 rib OD pulley as far as I know, though, only an 8. But honestly if you're looking to produce that kind of boost you might as well do an 8 rib conversion anyway.
