Changing power steering fluid

Changing power steering fluid
So I think it is time to change the power steering fluid on my car since I've never done it before. The cars got just under 46k miles and I bought it with 27k. I read that if the fluid looks dark brown then I should be replacing it. I just took a look into the resovoir and it looks really dark brown, like mud.
So anyhow, whats the best power steering fluid to use and how do I change it? I read that I can just suck up as much as I can from the resovoir and replace it with new fluid then drive the car around for a bit and repeat the process a few times.
Thanks,
Brandon

Probably don't even have to drive it. Just start up and move the wheel back and forth, lock to lock, a few times until the fluid has circulated (same process as when you replace a p/s pump to remove air bubbles).
