Generally the higher stalls will be a smaller diameter, you will also need a good after market trans cooler. The front pump has seal that can leak and drip where you were talking about, somtimes they leak really bad and other times it's just a small drip.
I got a question, where is the Front Pump?? I'm assuming in the front of the tranny, but I have a leak, and I'm unable to locate the exact location w/ the tranny in the car..

im with him, im still going to take the tranny to the shop and have it worked on, but is it an easy seal to replace? just so i know how much of a new a$$ im gunna get ripped by the tranny shop....*sigh....price we pay to go faster...lol*
