The symptoms worsened ... now it does not even want to start with the gas pedal in. I think that is all I can do here , I`ll have to have it towed away to a mechanic

the end of the story is that I`m the complete moron. It was indeed IAC valve issue. I cleaned it and all would be fine if I did not flood the engine during my attempts to start it.
