Default Lowering my stang

I am getting ready to lower my stang and I want to replace all the bushings that I can while everything is apart. My question is when installing caster/camber plates do I need new bushings for them or do the plates come with new bushings? If they come with new bushings are they polyurthane (sp?) bushings? Any help on this would be great, thanks

Also does anyone know if a strut tower brace off a 96' (where they factory on the 96' GT?) GT will fit/work on a 01' GT??

Try these links for added info:

http://maximummotorsports.com/frontsus-asp.asp

http://maximummotorsports.com/stb.asp

http://steeda.com (look under suspension catagory)

Lots of good suspension info to be had on the Steeda sight. I've got their sport springs on my '98 GT vert and like the handling. If you go to install new springs, it is wise to consider putting in new shocks & struts at the same time since half your suspension is apart anyway. I put in the Tokico blue sport struts and shocks with KYB quads. Nice combo, good control and road feel. There is an endless amount of mods you can do to your suspension but don't forget the brakes too. Good luck with your choices and enjoy your Stang!
