I have heard that as well. With my pro kit I needed them for sure. But then my buddies 98 cobra with sprotline's needed nothing. How that makes any sense I don't know. I think some cars just to and some do not.

Just take off the wheel, loosen and remove the top strut bolt, and install the new Camber bolt in it's place. BARELY tighten it, then loosen the bottom bolt just enough so you can move the wheel in or out, by turning the new camber bolt. You can look at the movement as you turn the bolt to see whether the wheel is tucking under the fender or pulling out toward the outside of the fender. Just follow the easy instructions, you'll have no problem.
i dont wanna screw the alignment up or anything.. so do you think i should just let the shop have the bolts and they can do it? do you think i should wait and buy the bolts, then get it aligned, or say screw it and its not gonna make that much of a difference and try to get it aligned with out cc plates or the bolts?

That's all up to you. If your running the stock suspension, you don't need the camber bolts. If you lowered your car with say, Eibach Pro Kit Springs, you may not need the camber bolts either. But, I noticed my new tires were cupping on the inside after a while, after I installed the Pro Kit Springs. It drove fine. No pulling to one side or the other. I didn't like the way the wheels looked after lowering, they were slanted inward at the top. It's up to you if you want a shop to install them. If you lowered your car, I'd go with the Camber Bolts or CC Plates.

yeah mines lowered about 2 inches with the HR ss (lowest kit available) and i also took out the isos. so do you think the bolts would be my best option (regaurdless of install issue) ? think they will be able to get it aligned 100% or would i need cc plates to get it 100% correct?

In your situation I'd opt for the plates. The bolts are for mildly lowered cars. Yours definitly would need plates. I don't believe the bolts could cover that much range. The bolts would make some difference, but I don't think it would be enough in my opinion. Even the plates may not get you to true 100% camber, not sure, but I think more than the bolts though.

Tires are going to be more expensive then plates. But, I would try the bolts first.

Yeah, the bolts will at least help for now. Even if you get the CC Plates later, you may still keep the bolts in there for extra adjustment, that you may need.
