If you want the power down low then use stock cams and a HPS intake on stock heads. You'll make probably 330+tq and around 260rwhp. It'll make loads of tq from just off idle to about 4000rpm. Shifts above 5200rpm are kinda pointless with that combo so it's just about perfect for you. I have a 5.4 in mine with all kinds of goodies... Now that there's a high rpm intake coming I'll be able to get the last 20hp or so out of it.
