Thanks for the tips everybody I have done a compression test and everything checked out except for the Cylinders 1 and 2 were close but were off from the rest of the car by a little bit so I figured the gasket could be blown there. I can't remember the exact numbers but I posted a thread about what ideal compression should be and it was in the range if I remember correctly. I think I'm gonna try the flush and see how that goes.
If it was a cracked block wouldn't there be other major issues going on? And if it came to it would I have to remove the engine to replace the head gaskets? I read somewhere that I might but I think it was on a 99-04 GT.
