Default flywheels

When you buy a flywheel do they generally come with dowel pins?

Ford's will. I just installed a RAM billet steel flywheel on June 26th. It did not have dowel pins nor anywhere to transfer them from the stock flywheel. They are convenient, but not really necessary. Once the alignment tool is holding the disc in place, you just hold the pressure plate up and add bolts. Unlike the flywheel, the clutch bolts are symetrical, so aligning it is simple.
