Just wanted to run something buy, I washed the engine on my 02 f150, 4.6 2c COP motor. After spraying the engine bay and everything i started it up and got a miss and the good ole rough idol. The truck ran fine before this and i took it for a ride and it seems to have cleared up. I got p0303 and p0316, which is a miss on 3 and the 316 is a miss upon startup a beleive. I'm 99.9% sure its from spraying the motor but this is the first time it happened to me (not use to COP). My question is did I toast the coil or will it just dry out and be fine? Could there be water pooled up in the well? Didn't have time to really check it out washed it last nite, and when i woke up this morining i had the problem but half way to work it seemed to clear up.

water has pooled in the spark plug hole. Just undo the cops and let it dry out our spray some compressed air down the holes.

if you have a air compressor that will straighten it out.

I did same thing...water is in there...let it dry out and air like these guys said
