Default Transmission swap

When going from an automatic to 5 speed how does the pedal swap work. Do the brake and gas remain the same and you just add a clutch or do all 3 get replaced in that setup.

Just find the clutch pedal and you're fine. I think it's funny when people sell pedal assemblies for $75 when they are the same exact pedals.

What other work is involved? I've toyed with the idea, for fun.

If you can drop a tranny you can do this swap. New trans harness, new PCM (which is super easy to swap out), driveshaft, tranny, either flexplate or clutch kit, shifter cable, clutch pedal, shifter and then once you get it all done you have to have a tuner disable the PATS so your key will work with the different PCM. Like I said if you can drop a tranny it is easy.

The reason i ask this question about the pedal is because ever since i had my auto swaped for a manual i felt the pedal has felt funny and is too hard. I even changed the clutch to a center force dual friction and it still feels to hard. My brother has the same clutch with a factory manual setup and its much lighter. i am trying to determine why.
