Default 5.4 DOHC

Sorry if this ? has already been asked, What year manual 5 speed transmission do I need to get for my 2000 - 2003 Lincoln 5.4 Dohc ? will any tranny that will fit a 4.6 sohc fit mine ?
I also posted this in general tech

T45, T56 or a Tr3650. You can also get a TKO500 or 600 with the correct bellhousing.

One more thing, what flywheel ? and clutch ? anything special needed ?

Its the same as any 4.6 with an 8 bolt crank.
