Default clunky sounding exhaust

I dont know where to start but the problem is getting worse every week. Since last winter I have had a funny ticking noise like a valve tick. Well that ticking noise has progressively gotten louder. And in the last few months new noises have started. When I leave from a stop it makes a weird bogging knocking noise kind of like when you stall it. It also has a horrible rattle noise when I go past half throttle. This car is an all stock 02 gt daily driver not alot of hard driving with alittle over 50500, that now sounds like an old clunky beater.
