Default induction kit recommendations?

hi all,

looking to put an induction kit on and take the factory fitted out, apologies for my lack of technical knowledge im a newbie to all this, i was going to buy a k&n unit but then i thought you guys would know of any better makes/models!

also does it make a difference on the material used, for example a stainless steel would look better but would it warm the air and affect the combustion?

any advice, rocommendations or thoughts are very appreciated.

thanks, dan

read the stickies, good info about mods.

these cars dont get s*** for gains from an intake. buying a K+N adds just as much power as a 200$ intake. the only reason to spend the money is to make under your hood look a little better. as far as material, doesnt make a bit of difference.

Yes definitley read the stickies for mod info!
I always recommend using the K&N FIPK Cold Air Intake or
installing a K&N drop in air filter.
