Default IRS SWAP

Hey guys,

I traded rears with my buddy who has an 03 cobra. The only aftermarket part on the IRS was a brace. In the trade I got his 4 bilsteins, 4 H&R racing springs, cobra front calipers/rotors, a new pair of rear rotors, and a 4 month old Borla Stinger Catback.

I want to use the cobra rotors in the rear and can't find out anywhere if I need to buy the cobra calipers or if I can use the GT ones. I've searched and keep finding that they are the "same" other then

Just wana find out if the mounting point makes it possible to use the bigger rotors on the irs or if its the caliper. Thanks.

I've ordered

MM - stainless braided lines, Low profile subframe bolts, and powerslot 13in rotors.

other parts - Hawk pads all around, Full Tilt Bushing set (finding out today if I can afford it, want to do it now while the rear sits in my garage.)

Any other advice going into this?

The rear calipers are the same. You can either buy new brackets or grind your current ones to fit

I didnt need a different bracket when I did my swap. The rear brakes swapped over fine. I used my old caliper though and just put on the brake pads from the cobra dn the cobra rotors.

thanks a lot Hoss, just saved me 250 for new ones. When did you do the swap? Last time on here I think you still had the SRA. Any upgrades done to it?
