Tuning and your Warranty

Tuning and your Warranty
I have a 2003 mustang gt and when I bought it I purchased an extended service plan for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Having this extended service plan has already been very useful, and I still have another 20,000+ miles to go before it expires.
Here is my question: I have been shopping around lately and would like to purchase a handheld SCT tuner with BAMA tunes from AmericanMuscle.I know that tuning voids any warranty, however using the SCT tuner I can load the stock tune back onto the ECU before I take the car in for work. Through some research I believe that this is not a problem, but would like to be sure. If I load the stock tune back onto the ECU and take the car in for work, will the dealership be able to detect that I have been running a different tune and thus void my warranty, or does loading the stock tune back onto the ECU cover me?
Right now the car is bone stock. I am planning on buying this tuner and other mods later (CAI/exhaust, etc...) but I just want to know how the tuner may effect my warranty.
TL;DR: Is there any way a dealership can tell that I have been using a custom tune if I load the stock tune back onto the car before I take it in for service? (2003 Mustang GT).
Thanks.

nope, you should be covered, flash it back to stock before work. they probably wont even check and if they do it wont show up. be careful with your tuner. i think you only get 4 flash backs to stock before it locks. so dont go in 4 times lol

Not true you can flash it as many times as you want. I know I have done it atleast 20 times.

AFAIK you can "marry and divorce" the same vehicle as often as you like, you only get to change vehicles four times (the original + 4 more) before it bricks--though I am not 100% sure SCT and Diablo are still doing this, perhaps someone with more recent experience can verify one way or the other...

I just want to be clear here. You are talking about switching the tuner to be used on a different car? All I am concerned about is being able to load the stock tune back onto the car before I take it in for work. Is there a limit to being able to load the stock tune so many times, or can I do it as many times as I want?
Thanks for the help guys.

One thing to think about, if you have an issue on the tune, and flash it back to stock they might not be able to fix it... or if an issue comes up from the tune, same idea.
Something else I've seen a LOT of is people who think they can cheat the system like this... then the car is dead on the road side for whatever reason - towed in straight and the shop finds the tune - instant warrenty void.
Voiding the warrenty isn't really worth the gains from a basic tuner in my opinion.
