Thanks for the input everyone i talked to a machine shop and they said that they dont think it could handle it and they wouldnt be liable for it so i just got a new one from summitracing.

Why don't you just clean up that one and use it, did you read cliffy's post.
Well i would have kept it also but i found a large crack in the plastic wall on the intake manifold for the drivers head coolant port.
Sounds like a valid turning point.
As to the ripples, I would bet that you could have back-to-back dyno'd that manifold, against any other plastic unit (Ford or otherwise), and not observed any significant performance difference.
