That makes sense, Blk003. I am probably going to go with the RAM HDX. Everyone, is RAM a good option for what I want to do?

I hear the throw out bearing that comes with some clutch kits is junk. Should I get a FRPP throwout bearing?

I put a ram clutch in my car a few months back. I am pretty happy with it. I am in the same boat as you, my car pretty close to stock right now but I want to build it. I figure by the time I get the engine built the throw bearing will need to be replaced anyway so I can put a better clutch in it then. I will definitely NOT be building my 3650. When I get to that point it will either be a t56 or a TKO. Also read somewhere the other day that you could put the new tr6060 in our cars. Might be an option when I get there.

With Centerforce clutches you must use a Centerforce throwout bearing though. For street duty you will like the Centerforce Dual Friction clutch
over the Ram HDX clutch.

Lmao you never ran a Ram clutch so please dont give advice on it, there are plenty of people that swear by the HDX, you won't be dissapointed.

Thanks everyone. So now the question is aluminum or steel billet flywheel?

Thanks for the suggestion but like everyone else said I am going with the RAM HDX. I am only doing a minor upgrade right now. I will get a sexy clutch like a Centerforce or a dual disk clutch with my next transmission or my next Mustang.
