97 gt with long tubes and x pipe installed...are these codes normal for this set up?

everything is factory except it has 01 cams and intake(so I was told),long tubs and cat-less x-pipe with flowmaster cat back and next week will have a cai installed.I'm new to fords,I've always had chevy's...not sure what the sims are or where and how much a tune would be
