Default A/C Compressor

Today I was getting my car dyno tuned for the procharger I just installed and when they were doing the last pull on the dyno the A/C compressor failed and it started smoking. Then the belt snapped because of the heat. Towed my car home and now im in need of another A/C compressor.

What would be my best bet to get one cheap?

I was looking at these two that they have at advance auto, but I dont know what the difference is:

What do you guys think? And is that common for the A/C compressor to fail during a dyno run?
