Sun visor real loose...need help?
I took my car in to have an A/C line replaced and asked the mechanic if he could do something about my sun visors while it was there. But he didn't do anything. He said the only thing I could do was remove them and put some spring in there, and he didn't want to charge me $60 an hour just to do that.
Anyway, I have no idea what he means about a spring or where it would go. My sun visors are really loose. If I turn it towards the window to block the sun and turn the car even slightly they swing back towards me (usually hitting me in the head).
How do i fix this?
Also do they make an aftermarket sunvisor for our cars that has one of those extenders you can pull out for when the sun is like right in the middle of your windshield and neither visor can block it? My wife has one on her SUV and it's awesome.
