Default CMS Cams Question!

hey guys okay so i have decided im going with the cushman motorsport stage 2 N/A cams, along with the manley nextek valve springs as recommended by Jim @ CMS, he said new retainers wouldn't be necessary, so my question is about degreeing the cams, i don't think ill have any issues getting to the cams with the removal and install of everything but when i asked Jim about degreeing the cams he said it really isn't all that necessary with these cams and i shouldn't bother, has anyone else not degreed there cams and am i running any risk by not doing so other than possible HP loss? also if anyone has these cams please feel free to chime in on any tips or install and or removal of the cams and springs! i just want to know if i really need to degree them or not, i have been doing a lot of research and have got mixed answers, i have read the article at MHS about degreeing cams so i have a basic understanding but not 100%, thanks guys!! I would pull the heads but i don't have the funds to get them ported so it wouldn't make any sense to do so, some say it helps to pull them anyway to make the install easier but i don't see any use in doing so, any help is greatly appreciated, also if anyone has a good guide i would appreciate it, i did find a decent one from i believe mikefordmustang.com but not to many pics with it, thanks again!
