1996 4.6 Mustang No power to fuel pump

1996 4.6 Mustang No power to fuel pump
Hey all
I checked the inersia switch and no power at first key for a couple of seconds... The high current 20amp fuel pump.fuse is good .... # 12 at the CCRM is hot ... The radiator fan decided to run when i turn on the key on now... after this car stalled and would not start....Is this a bad CCRM ???
