Do I need them with the MIL eliminators for an '03 gt?

You already asked a similar question to this already. You will need mil's if your running a mid pipe without cats. But your better off getting a handheld programmable tuner. And you will probably need o2 sensor extensions as well. Look at where your rear o2 sensors are located on the mid pipe on your car. Then look at where they are located on your new mid pipe, then you will be able to answer your own question. Good luck.
