Default Speedo Off a Little?

Is it normal for my speedo to read 35 when a radar said I was doing 33. Same 2 miles off at 25. I didn't get a chance to try higher speeds to see if it was off by 2 miles all across the gauge or if it was a percentage off. I have stock size tires and nothing that should change it.

what are your mods? sometimes the radars havent been calabrated so it might be the radar. but the stock mph gauges arent 100% accurate either

Does your car have the original instrument cluster overlay? I replaced the overlay on mine and had a problem getting the speedo correct. Your needle may not be properly installed. If not, your tire size may be incorrect.

Everything is stock except exhaust cat backs. I can imagine 2 miles on a speedo would be perfectly normal but I just wanted to check. My tires are definatly stock size.
