Question about setup

I plan on getting a 99-04 GT 5speed pretty soon. I'm planning on getting just a few simple things like a cat back, K&N CAI, 3:73's a 125 shot, and some Drag Radials either MT or BFG. How fast do you think i can get with this set up? 12's maybe? Also were there any minor changes to the engine between 99-04?

yeah. 12s sounds more than do'able with them tires and nitrous. you call nitrous a simple thing?
