Default Pre motor build questions

Before I go buying the largest cams and porting my PI intake manifold I need some advice on what I should do and not do.
Since I have the PI heads on a non PI motor I know there will be a bump in compression will that be a negative or positve thing I do not plan on boosting or spraying, Also i plan on running a 180 thermostat is any real benefit from that?

What i have done:
4.10 gears, limited slip
built 4R70W, 3200-3500 stall
Sct chip tuner
BBK ceramic shorty headers, Full off road exhuast
24# ford racing injectors
CAI, 70mm throttle body , Stack racing plenum

CNC Ported PI heads with over sized valves 600 lift springs

stock bottom end

What cams would be best for that application?
This is the cams im looking at now are from modular head shop

0.050 Duration Lift at valve Centerlines LSA

46PI STAGE 3R 233/230 550/525 112/110 111

Also I plan to gasket match the PI intake manifold to better match the intake ports of the ported heads. Is that a good idea or is that just going to make the car a dog in the lower rpms?

Thank you for any help
