yea if you giving it WOT in 2nd gear at 2000 or 2500 rpms in stock gears it will take awhile to feel a good pull. either wait till 3000-3500 rpms to floor it or shift later in first around 4500 to put you in the 3k range when you get to 2nd gear. or you could drive sane like someone else said
