OMG I'm gonna try it when I get home today that could be it...I'm gonna look like a fool if that was it!! LOL
I checked it last night and you were right...the switch was turned all the way to the left!! Thats why it wasn't turning off...I'm glad i posted here otherwise I would have been replacing the electrical system!!
