Default quick Bullitt brakes question

i put brakes on the weekend for the first time.

The brakes are making some clucking or loose noise up front.

There are some clips on the calipors that were in bad shape and could not transfer over, I'll post a pic of the so called clips.

It's the 4 on the bottom. The brakes I bought did not have them

Question is will these cause the noise if left out and should I scramble to put in some new ones

When I put my gas grill together, I had a small bag of really important looking parts left over.

I'm letting the wife fire it up, I'l let you know how it goes
