Runs after key is turned off

Runs after key is turned off
Hey guys, got a weird one. The car runs without the key in. The steering column doesn't lock ever and car is stuck in the "run" position. It will turn to the "start" position but won't go back beyond "run."
My first thought was to replace the key lock cylinder and that did nothing. Looks like all fuses and relays are OK. Thoughts?

Ok, I figured it out... the Ignition actuator rod broke. Makes sense that it can push it to start but not pull it back to shut the car off.
Now if I can figure out how to replace/fix it. At least I can turn the car off without have to disconnect the battery.
