I don't know about a tuner but if you put it on a dyno and they have a wide banned 02 then you will know...
Or you could spend the money to buy a wide banned kit and guage and stuff... Why would you think your running rich/lean??

my mods are in my sig, you would think with all the extra air inflow that it would be running lean, i just wish there was a way for me to find out for free. also ive been reading around and thinking about putting my screen back in front of my maf, i mean it was there for a reson, it just doesnt fit with my CAI. anyone heard of bad things happening if you dont replace it?

I've taken the screens from both my Fords. They run fine. My wife's van got a K&N filter and I removed the screen. Her gas milage went up by 2 mpg. If something got through the filter, it will definately pass through that screen. The screen is a simple wire mesh and is not energized, so the only thing it could do is restrict airflow.
If you're worried about a lean condition leading to detonation, use 89 octane instead of 87. If you're using that or better, then you have no worries, really.

If you're running rich...
-You can smell it
-Rev the engine and watch the black smoke come out the back
-Dark dark black deposit on the inside of your exhaust tips
Also.....I don't know how close the exhaust sits by the bumper, but if it's close enough, your bumper will be black by where the tips are/come out.
