Well I started the PI swap late June. My car is paid for and i took the insurance off it so its not costing me anything to sit. As some of you know I did it myself and pretty much did it bad. Bent some valves. My pistons are ok. I had to have 4 intake valves replaced and the left head was slighty warped so i had a very reputable mechanic put the valves and shave the head for me. Its all ready to go and i have a former ASE certified mechanic helping me, its at his house. I'll get my heads tomorrow and new head bolts and timing chain tensioners. So it should be back together before the end of the month and driveable for like 3 weeks before it snows. Im saving up for suspension, i already have springs im gonna get subframe connectors next. Then stage 2 Comp cams. Im really trying to have a fast N/A car. But if i have the money i will supercharge it as well. N/A is way for me for now. I got a thinner head gasket to to try and raise my compression as much as possible. I will be over 10.5 Im pretty sure, but by much though. Pray for my car please !!
