2004 Mustang tranny fluid

What kind of oil does everyone put in there 2004 models? I know the trannys are different from 99 to 2004 correct? Does that change oil types? Do people go extreme and put redline or royal purple or do they run Ford Oil?

Anything noted as being a MerconV fluid. Doesn't matter if you have an auto or manual transmission, both use that fluid.
