let me ask you guys which oil should go in the t45 trans

Dextron III auto tranny fluid. Royal Purple or Castrol GTX are my personal favs.

thats what i though ive heard of people talking about scnomesh (or what ever its called ) but i went and look for it and its like 8 bucks a quart

Yep, synthetic is expensive on the onset, but cheap in the long-run.

yeah but you only need like 2-3 quarts and you will never have to worry about it....
