Default Fuel rail leaking

Hi, I have a 99 GT Convt. that has developed a leak at the rear crossover hose on the fuel rail. It looks like this is not a replaceable hose. I assume the entire fuel rail must be replaced. When I try to locate a rail ( ebay has several new and used rails for sale) none of them match mine. They all show two fuel line connections. Mine only has one fuel line (non-return system, I assume). This car was modified when I purchased it a few years ago and may not have the correct year system. It, at one time had had a supercharger on it. That resulted in several collapsed pistons. I assume from an over boost condition. I purchased with engine damage and did a complete engine rebuild. Has any one have any suggestions or part numbers or parts sources I can try online?

Hm. I'm inclined to think that those fuel rails can be repaired. I've never tried to disassemble one myself, but maybe someone else here has? Those crossover hoses kinda look like nylon tubing to me, and I would expect to find barb fittings underneath either end of each hose.
