Identifiying 04 GT 4.6
helping neighbor rebuild his 4.6 2v, pistons in engine kit came w/o wrist pin lock grooves... and his rods are bushed and the piston's have locks.
H591CP Sealed Power pistons Do Not have Lock Grooves
i searched and found Speed Pro H831CP pistons and they have Lock Grooves , but Summit Racing says they won't work .... that these pistons are for up to 2002
are 2004 rods Not Bushed?
is this a 2002 engine?
Can I order the 831's
how can i determine what year the engine is
i researched and found that the engine is from the Romeo Plant
