Default Electrical issues

Recently bought a sn95 from market place (my first mistake) but the previous owners had slammed it on the ground and bc of that the tires completely rubbed the fender harness to the point where all the wires were grounding on each other, i was able to repair the harness and everything was working pretty good for a while but the other night i parked it and went to start it the next morning and nothing was getting power i recently changed my battery and alternator but still checked them to see if that may be the issue, they both tested good so moved to the next step for me which would be checking the fender harness so i checked and everything seemed to be okay i even unplugged the connector to be sure i went and put the positive terminal on the positive post and the car just started cranking on its own with no key in the ignition im thinking maybe a bad solenoid or a bad starter harness has this happened to anyone else? any suggestions ?
