So the 4.6 isnt big enough to push that single turbo? Is it for like 7.0l desiels or what?

no. that's about the smallest turbo you want to run on a single setup. it'll run out of breath top end. if you're going to run single, the T66 or T67 is about the size you want for a mild street setup.
