Default Rim question

For my 98 GT i purchased the Cobra R rims. The fronts are 17 x 9 which i know will fit with no problem. My question is with the rear rims. The rear rims are 17 x 10.5. Will these fit my car without having any problems and will they stick out too much? Thanks
