Default 275 tires

will 275/35/18 tires look too skinny on some 18x10 saleen wheels? my friend sold me a pair of nitto 555's for $150 and i couldn't pass it up, but all i see is people getting 285 and up for 18x10's did i make a mistake?

Heya, this is right off the nitto site about the 555:

275/35 ZR18 95W 10.6 25.59 10.71 9.0-(9.5)-11.0 1521@44 812

The recommened rim size being 9.0-11" so you're ok [sm=smiley20.gif]

I am running 275s all the way around.

They are far from skinny...I think they look fine.

The sidewall will be thinner than you ideally want, it will actually hurt traction a bit, but it will still be better than regular street tires.

Yeah you should be okay. But if traction becomes an issue don't be scared to bump up the width to a 305 or so...
