i was just looking at some of the posts and some of the peoples 1/4 times, and a lot of them are in the mid 13s- to high 12s... there are not a lot of cars on the road that are that fast, or are there?
There are plenty of cars that fast, unless you live in a town with like 500 people or somthing.
Sometimes those little towns have some of the quickest cars.

Highly modded 98 mustangs might hit 13.6s with full bolt ons

before i got to looking at times on this forum, and then figuring that lots of other cars could do it stock, i realized quickly, that there are MANY MANY MANY cars that can easily run a low 13 or better.

Just as an example, every time you see a 98+ F Body, you better be expecting a 13.4 or so at worst.

And that is only one model, of one make, adn only cars that arent modified.
Now, open that up to ALL makers, all models, and millions of cars taht are modified.

I wasnt including PI swap but yes that would be considered a bolt on then, and yes you would get low 13s with the swap
