Default everyone look i need to get it fixed

i have a 98 gt and its bogging really bad and making a weird exuast noise and kinda sounds and feels like miss firing but i checked the plugs and wires and there all fine. i will be driving at low rpm and when i press the gas just to speed up a little without droping a gear everything shakes and the shifter shakes like no other. all help is appriciated, so if u have any ideas let me know
