Why is it that you would be runnig open headders, you dont have a cat back???? I live in indy and no one ever gets pulled over for noise, but i guess it depends on where you live. I think that you should get away with it though.

theres no way that he can bult the rest of the exhaust to the back of the headers. he needs a new midpipe or a shop to fab up a piece of pipe. bolt will cost around the same price, the shop might cost a bit more then the new midpipe. but why did you do it in the first place.

open header cause the place where the cats were is cut out? go to a parts store and get some exhaust pipe and clamp it where the cats were. that should take care of the problem until you can get a new midpipe. or get a ride from a friend im getting used to that now myself.
