Gears and exhaust for sure with a good set of sticky tires.

What year are you getting?

If you get a 99-04....gears, exhaust, DRs and you'll see 13s.

Even if you get a 96-98, gears, sticky tires, and a 100 shot will make those 13's come along real quick.

You could probably find a car that's modified already. I saw an 03 with a Vortech for the same price I bought my car stock. Once it's modified you can never recover the money you put into it. Just make sure if you buy something modified it wasn't some idiots car. Find some middle age guy who wants a Cobra now kinda car. You can find all kinds of Mustangs in your area on www.kbb.com that's where I found my car. Lots of Mustangs to choose from.
