Default how fast should i be?

well im almost there on installing my 5.4 and i am wondering how much power i should make and how fast 1/4 times

when is installed i will have these installed

- 2000 5.4
- PI heads, resurfaced with valve jobs, and smothed ports
- 3.73s
- BBK O/R X with Flowmaster cat-back
- Mac U/D pulleys
- CIA
- 70mmTB(stock on 5.4s)
- MSD coils Bosh +4 plugs
- Subframe connectors
- Tokico Suspension(spings and shocks) w/ Steeda C/C plates
- BBK 225 fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator
- Billit Steal fly wheel
- Stage 2 clutch

any one? come on what would a PI 4.6 make with these mods? 250 RWHP?

mm&ff or 5.0 mags did an article on a 5.4 99-04 mustang gt. svt built it as a project car or something. I can't remember how much hp it made but maybe you could look up that article. it was last year sometime.
