I had cats on the prochamber before I converted to o/r, and I am very pleased with the o/r results. I wasn't too impressed with the catted version referring to sound level.
Is there a difference in sound between the catted prochamber and the O/R version? And how loud is it inside the car at highway speeds?

Ive done my research... Let me tell you how it goes down.

I knew I wanted the LM1's because I want the loudest, meanest, most aggressive sounding mustang around.
But I was really confused whether to go with the catted x-pipe or the o/r x-pipe. I thought I wanted the o/r pipe all the way, I heard some clips and it was LOOOOUUDDDD as freaking hell, just like I wanted. However, it does sound pretty raspy at high rpms and on revs.

So.... Even after all that I still wanted the o/r x until I heard a car that BLEW my mind. The setup was LM2's with a modular X-pipe from SLP. The car sounded AMAZING and it was LOOUDDD as ****! This changed my mind. I wanted my car to be LOUD, but I didn;t really want it to sound "bad".

So, after about 3 months of research, I will be ordering my BBK LT Headers, SLP Modular X-pipe (I will go catted, and mess around with the race pipes and see which sounds better, catted or o/r) and the LM1's.

You can't go wrong with the "modular" SLP X-pipe for only $300. Then you get catted and o/r X-pipe all in one, and you can choose, and swap around. Most catted midpipes go with $300+ and the SLP one is modular, so its a good deal. You really won;t lose too much sound with the hi-flow cats either, it will just do away with the rasp.

2 More weeks baby! Then my full exhaust goes on!

Very nice.

I love the sound of my setup. The only thing I can't stand is the fact that the Magnaflow Catted-X won't allow LongTubes. So now I have to get a shop to chop them and weld some flanges to connect to LongTubes, or sell them and get the SLP Modular X.

Most likely I'm going to end up selling it, and going with a full SLP setup.
