Default billett pedals

can someone tell me how the hell they got their billett pedals over the brake and clutch pedals. I have tried hot water, dish soap, even cutting away a small piece of the rubber lip on them but I can't get either one of them to slide over the pedal. WTF do I need to do!

Put the pedel on as much as you can and use your foot with a lot of pressure and move it back and forth untill it slides on.

haha those pedals do suck to put on. cut the top corners of each, just a little and slide them on. goes on no problem that way, and stays on just as good.

I actually put mine in a pot of water, let it almost boil and they went on like butter. The gas pedal is a different story, it seems that the pin is push fitted and is extremely hard to get off and on, so after I took it off, I used a drill bit to enlarge the holes slightly, then pushed the pin back in.... Hope this helps.

I did these and was going to freak out and take a sledge hammer to them. But then i figured it out and they went on a 30 seconds. Here is the key: NOT hot water, But BOILING water. Boil some water in a pot, take that pot out to where your car is, dunk the pedals in there for like 30 seconds to a minute, it softens them up like crazy. Make sure you are wearing gloves so you can handle them when you pull them out, because they are fuggin hot. Put them on and they go on soooooo easy.
